• Custom OEM/ODM manufacturing services for global distributors and dealers

3. Orders and Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are subject to our acceptance, availability, and production capacity. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Custom orders and OEM/ODM projects require separate agreements and may have different terms and timelines.

4. Quality Assurance and Manufacturing

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer, we maintain strict quality standards throughout our manufacturing process. All products are manufactured in Dongguan, China, using premium raw materials and undergo rigorous quality control processes. Our products are designed for strength, durability, efficiency, reliability, and corrosion resistance, meeting international quality standards including ISO and CE certifications where applicable.

5. Global Distribution and Export

Our products are exported globally to countries including Germany, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Turkey, France, Italy, Denmark, South Africa, and more. Export terms, shipping, customs, and local regulations compliance are subject to separate agreements and may vary by destination country.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, patents, and intellectual property related to our website, products, and services remain the exclusive property of Top-notch Metal & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Warranty and Product Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product or service in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, in the courts of Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
